1. Pranamasana:

Mantra: Om Rave Namah | रवये नमः।

3.Hastapadasana:



In the third position, tilt it forward, slowly exhaling the breath. With hands and neck, touch the earth right and left of the feet by going down adjacent to the ears. Knees stay straight. Pause for a few moments, while meditating on the forehead knees, focusing on the 'Manipuraka Chakra' behind the navel. Do not seek seekers with back and back defects.

Mantra:   Om Bhanave Nama | भानवे नमः।

 5.Dandasana:


Move the right leg backward, slowly expelling the breath. The heels of the two legs are joined together. Stretch the body backwards and try to match the heels on the earth. Raise the buttocks as high as possible. Tilt the neck down and apply the chin to the moth. Practice focusing on the 'Sahasrar Chakra'.


Mantra: Om Khagay Namah.  | खगाय नमः।

6. Ashtanga Namaskara:



While breathing the breath, prostrate the body parallel to the earth, straight prostration and first put the knee, chest and forehead on the earth. Lift the buttocks slightly. Leave the breath. Put the focus on the 'Anahata Chakra'. Normalize breathing speed.


Mantra:  Om Pushane Namah | पूष्णे  नमः।

7.Bhujanghasana:

Mantra:  Om Hiranyagarbhaya Namah. | हिरण्यगर्भाय नमः।

8. Adho Mukha Svanasana:
