What is Balasana or Child pose : -
Balasana or Child pose is a yoga. Both konasana and
bal asanas are almost equal. Balasana = Child + Posture = Child + Mudra means
that while doing this asana, your status becomes like a child in mother's womb.
Therefore it is called Balasana Yoga. The word is derived from Sanskrit. It is
said that there is no other place to give good comfort to the mother's womb, so
whenever a person practices Balasana, he gets immense peace and peace. It is
also known as Child Pose.
It is a very simple yogasana, which is considered beneficial for health. It is also considered an important yoga pose for beginners .
Method of
doing Balasana
or Child pose : -
First
position: - First of all, place a mat or carriage in a ventilated and open area
and sit on it with the heels, that is, you place your hips on the heels.
Second
position: - Now tilt your forehead towards the ground and keep breathing
deeply.
Third
position: - Now keeping both your hands near the body, then place both your
hands on the ground and keep the palm upwards.

Sixth
position: - Now touching your forehead slowly on the ground.
Seventh
