What is Ardha Matsyendrasana Yoga?


Ardha Matsyendrasana is named after the great yogi Matsyendranath. It is not easy to do this in the beginning race, so seekers change it. That is why it has been changed. The changed format is called Ardha Matsyendrasana.
Ardha Matsyendrasana yoga has many important benefits, but one of the special advantages is to prevent diabetes. Therefore, it has been called the panacea for the prevention of diabetes.

It is a very simple yogasana, which is considered beneficial for health.. It is also considered an important  yoga pose for beginners .




Method:- Ardha Matsyendrasana yoga 


11)    Sit on the ground.

22)    Now spread both legs forward.

33)    Fold the left leg in such a way that the heel is touching from the side of the hip.

44)    Place the right foot on the ground near the left knee.

55)    Place the left arm above the right knee and hold the paw of the right leg with the left hand.

66)    Move the right arm from the waist to the back of the waist and try to do a navel from the back.

77)    Turn your head to the right and try to look back.

88)    When looking back, look at exhaling.

99)    Keep the posture according to your needs.

110)    It was a half cycle.

111)   Repeat the same action from the other side.
   Now a cycle happened.

112)  Do three to five cycles in this way.
