6. Ardha Dhanurasana | Half bow pose

- Now while breathing, raise the right leg up and then bend from the knee while exhaling.
- After that, try to hold the heel of the right foot by moving the right hand backwards.
- During this, the left hand will be facing forward from the ground.
- Now, with the right hand, try to bring the right leg back and while breathing, raise the chest evenly.
- In this case, the body of the person will look like half of a bow.
- If possible, try raising the left hand upwards as well.
- Now stay in this state for a few seconds and then slowly come back to normal.
- Now do this process from the other side also.
- About 5 cycles of this Yogamudra can be done for 8 -10 minutes.
